Living in a sick and dangerous
world as we do, we have a responsibility. Who will overcome the world? He who
believes that Jesus is the Son of God. Our responsibility is to spread God’s
Word everywhere we go, so that more people will be numbered in God’s family.
For
whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that
overcomes the world, our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world but he who
believes that Jesus is the son of God.
1 John
5:4-5
Yes, Lord Jesus, I believe that
You are the Son of God. Does that really mean that I will be used to overcome the
world? What grace, what overwhelming joy!
