December 16

God never inspires doubt and fear, but faith and courage—Peter produced his own doubts by looking at the waves.

I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears. (Psalm: 34:4)

Lord, our fears are the result of not trusting fully in You. Make us see the foolishness of fearing. Turn our eyes in the right direction unto You, Lord. And away from the waves.

November 16

When God speaks you always have to give an answer. That answer is either yes or no. To give no answer is the same as to say no.

Are you ready for Jesus Christ or the Antichrist?

It is time to get really serious with God. Give your answer now. After you have done that, have a talk with the Lord and ask Him, “What did that mean for me, Lord, that I said yes/no?”

And can it be that I should gain
an interest in the Savior’s blood
Died He for me, who caused His pain
for me, who Him to death pursued
Amazing love, how can it be
that thou, my God, should die for me
                                 Charles Wesley

I call upon thee, for thou wilt answer me, O God. . . .   Psalms 17:6

Thank You, Lord, that You said yes to me, and now my answer—yes—is possible.
