As a camel kneels before his master to have him remove his burden at the end of the day, so kneel each night and let the Master take your burden.

Cast your burden on the Lord,

and he will sustain you;

he will never permit,

the righteous to be moved.

Psalms 55:22

Lord, take our daily burdens from us so that we will be refreshed and strong for the next day’s journey.

We are not called to be burden-hearers, but cross-bearers and light-bearers. We must cast our burdens on the Lord.
